An operating system for home service businesses

It answers. It follows up.It fills the pipeline. It runs the office.

A 24/7 AI receptionist and answering service for home service businesses — it answers every call, qualifies the job, and books the estimate before the caller rings anyone else.

The ATPAI portal dashboard: calls answered, after-hours calls, leads captured, estimates booked and jobs won over seven days.
The ATPAI call log: every call summarised, with an urgency and an outcome against it.
The ATPAI jobs pipeline: new, contacted, estimate scheduled, quote sent, won and lost.

What it does

From the first ring to the paid invoice.

Answering, chasing, marketing, paperwork. Four jobs every home service business runs on, none of them the work you were trained to do, and the ones that quietly decide whether a good month happens.

01

It answers, and it captures the job

Every call, first ring, any hour, with your services and your service area behind it. What the customer needs, how urgent it is, where they are — and if it can be booked, it goes on the calendar before they hang up. You get the summary, not a voicemail to listen back to.

02

It works the leads you would have lost

The estimate nobody confirmed. The quote that went quiet. The customer you meant to ask for a review. Chased on a schedule instead of whenever somebody remembers, and every one of them tracked to won or lost.

03

It brings work in and closes the books

Your listing, your reviews, your ads and the pages people find you through — and on the other side of the job, the quotes, the invoices and the numbers that tell you which of it paid.

The packages

Four packages. Start where the bleeding is.

Every package includes the one before it. Most start at Core, because the phone is the leak — then the same system takes on the follow-up, the marketing, and the paperwork.

Common questions

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI receptionist answers your business phone, holds a real conversation with the caller, and books the job — without a person on the line. It picks up on the first ring at any hour, asks what a trained receptionist would ask, puts the estimate on your calendar, and sends you a written summary with the urgency and the outcome against it.

How much does an AI answering service cost?

Most AI answering services charge a flat monthly fee rather than per minute or per call, which is the main cost difference against a traditional live answering service — a storm week does not arrive as a bigger invoice. ATPAI's four packages are listed on the pricing page.

Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?

If they ask, it tells them. ATPAI does not pretend to be a person, because shops that tried that got caught and it cost them the call.

Can it book appointments on my calendar?

Yes. If the job can be booked it goes on the calendar before the caller hangs up, with the address, the problem and the urgency attached. If the job needs your judgement it captures everything and flags it for a callback rather than promising a slot it cannot keep.

What happens on an emergency call?

It establishes what is happening, how long it has been happening and who is at risk, then grades the call as an emergency and routes it the way you told it to. You decide what is worth waking you for; everything else waits until morning as a summary.

Does it work with my existing phone number?

Yes, your number stays yours. Calls forward to the receptionist either always, or only when nobody picks up within a set number of rings — which is how most shops start.

How long does setup take?

Most shops are live within a few business days. It needs your services, your service area, your hours, and your rules for what counts as an emergency.

Does it text my customers?

Not yet. Outbound messaging is off until carrier registration completes, and anyone selling you automated review-request texts today is selling something they cannot deliver. Everything else runs now, and messaging switches on the day registration clears.

Watch it answer your phone for a week.

A demo is a real call. Ring the number, act like a customer, and see what lands in the portal thirty seconds later.
